SHIPPING
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and are borne by the buyer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

By placing your products in the shopping cart, you can also see the shipping cost that corresponds to your order. Shipping costs are not fixed, but vary depending on your address, the volume of your order and its weight.

In case the product is not ready for delivery, the order remains pending and our Company will contact you for the expected time of availability of the product, replacement or cancellation of the order.

The address provided by the buyer must be real and valid. In case of absence from the declared address or any change of the data of the declared address, the buyer is responsible for the timely information of the Company, in order to send it to the correct address. Otherwise the buyer will incur the additional shipping costs.

Note: Receipt of the item and signature on the conveyor implies acceptance of the item and perfect condition.

COST OF SHIPPING

All products are sent to the address you have stated in your order within 4-5 working days if they are immediately available.
For orders of small packages up to 2 kg the cost is 2.60 euros , every 1 kg the cost is extra 1.10 euros.

For orders of large parcels the cost is calculated according to the volume, kg and the shipping address of transport.

It is also possible to pick up the products you will order online from our headquarters (Marathon 15) at no extra charge.
