Energy Certificate – Issuance Procedure
|Assignment of the energy inspection of the building or part of it by the administrator / owner.|

What is an Energy Certificate
The Energy Efficiency Certificate (EPC) is a document recognized by YPEKA issued by an energy inspector and which reflects the energy performance of the building or part of it.
With the P.E.A. each building (or part of it) is classified in energy category (there are nine categories, from A + to H) while the inspector records and makes recommendations to improve the energy efficiency of the building (or part of it).
Where is the energy certificate needed?

For the sale of a new building (shops, houses, etc.)
For renting a new building (shops, houses, etc.)
